Order Processing
Synergy Aminos processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are typically processed within one business day. While we strive for fast and consistent fulfillment, processing times may vary due to inventory levels, quality assurance checks, or unforeseen operational delays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, the product page will clearly indicate a backorder status along with an estimated restock timeframe.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via USPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery:
- USPS Priority Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2 business days
- USPS Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1 business day
Please note that delivery timelines are carrier estimates provided by USPS. Synergy Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for Priority or Express services.
Final Sale Policy
All orders placed with Synergy Aminos are final once submitted. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and strict payment-processor policies, we are unable to offer order cancellations, modifications, refunds, or partial refunds after checkout.
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of an error caused directly by Synergy Aminos.
