Refund & Return Policy

Overview — All Sales Are Final

All sales with Synergy Aminos are final once an order is placed. Due to the specialized, research-use-only nature of our peptides and chemical materials, we are unable to modify, cancel, or issue refunds or partial refunds after checkout.

Payment processors impose strict limitations and substantial penalties on refunds for high-risk product categories. For this reason, customers must carefully review product selections, quantities, shipping information, and payment details prior to completing their order.

To protect the integrity, compliance, and quality of our materials, Synergy Aminos maintains a strict no-return policy. This policy safeguards both the research community and the handling standards required for sensitive laboratory compounds.

That said, customer satisfaction matters to us. In limited and exceptional circumstances, Synergy Aminos may authorize a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.


Situations Where We May Assist

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Your message must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the external packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may issue a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Undelivered Packages

If USPS tracking confirms a failed delivery, we will reship the order at no additional cost.

Orders Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If USPS tracking shows your order as Delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. You must submit a USPS Missing Mail Request.
  2. If USPS confirms the package was lost or misdelivered, Synergy Aminos will reship the order at our expense.
  3. If USPS confirms successful delivery, the shipment is considered complete and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Damage claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery
  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, tampered with, or improperly stored
  • Orders where USPS confirms successful delivery
  • Requests based on change of mind, ordering error, or misunderstanding of research-only use
  • Any violation of our Terms of Service

Authorized Returns & Fees

If a return is exceptionally approved:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after inspection and approval
